White label podcast production for agencies
Your client asks for a podcast. You have the strategy and the relationship, but no producers, no editors, and no plan to hire them.
We work behind your agency as the production team. You sell the show, you keep the client, and you decide how visible we are.

Brands your clients already know
These are companies whose podcasts we have produced. Your clients will recognize them.
Is this built for an agency like yours?
If your clients already trust you with their content, a podcast is a short step away. The hard part is the production, and that is the part we take on.
Marketing and content agencies
You run strategy, calendars, and campaigns. Your clients want a B2B podcast for thought leadership. You want to say yes without buying microphones or hiring an editor.
PR and communications firms
Podcasts give your executives and brands a place to speak for themselves, from enterprise branded shows to finance brand podcasts. You own the relationship. We handle the audio, the video, and the publishing.
Brand and creative studios
You already shape how a client looks and sounds. A podcast is one more channel. You set the creative direction, and we build it to your brand guidelines.
What does a production partner actually do for your agency?
You keep the client. We handle the editing, mixing, launch work, and publishing, then hand the finished show back to you.
What stays with you
- The client relationship and the invoice.
- How you package, position, and price the service.
- The creative direction and your brand guidelines.
- How visible we are to your client.
What we take on
- Launch planning, editing, mixing, and mastering.
- Video, clips, and the social assets for each episode.
- Hosting and publishing to the major podcast apps.
- Our team, our tools, and our turnaround. No hiring on your side.
How does the partnership work from first call to first episode?
Three steps. No long onboarding project on your side.
Book a partner call
Thirty minutes. We learn about your agency and your clients, and which service lines you want to add. We also go through our costs, turnaround times, and how agencies usually think about markup.
Scope your first client project
You bring us the brief. We map the scope, the timeline, and the deliverables, in a form you can present to your client as your own proposal.
We deliver, you invoice
We produce to your brand guidelines and hand you the finished files. You pass them to your client and bill at your own rate.
Will your clients ever see Resonate?
That is your call. Some partners keep us fully in the background. Others introduce us as their production team. We work either way.
Client relationship: yours, start to finish
You own the relationship. We support the production, and we do not pitch, market to, or solicit your clients for direct work.
Platform access: open if you want it
Clients can log into the Resonate app to review and approve episodes and social assets. Prefer to keep that on your side? We can route everything through you.
Producer contact: your choice of model
On a managed show, a Resonate producer can work directly with your client. On production-only work, we talk to you and you talk to them.
Confidentiality: handled up front
We will not disclose the partnership without your approval. Need paperwork first? We will review and sign your NDA before work begins.
Which services can you offer under your name?
All eight Resonate services are open to partners. Offer one, or offer all of them. Plenty of agencies start with audio and add video or management once the first show is running.
| Service | What your client gets | How it is billed |
|---|---|---|
| Podcast launch | A show strategy, brand assets, and first episodes live. Our launch process runs 8 to 12 weeks, so you can give your client a real timeline. | A full-service project |
| Audio production | Our degree-trained engineers polish the sound of every episode, and your files usually land in 3 to 5 business days. | Per episode |
| Video production | One recording session turned into a video episode, short clips, and captioned social assets. | Per episode |
| Podcast management | A producer who runs the show week to week, from guest prep to recording support to the edit. Your client shows up and records. | Monthly |
| Podcast marketing | Show notes, audiograms, videograms, transcriptions, and social cards, so each episode gives your client more than one post. | Per episode |
| Podcast hosting | One upload that covers Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeart, YouTube, and Amazon Music, with analytics and an embed player. | Monthly |
| Private hosting | Private feeds with access control for shows that stay inside a company or a membership. | Scoped on the partner call |
| Narrative podcasts | A scripted or documentary-style series with sound design and music, the craft behind shows we worked on, including CounterClock and Up and Vanished. | Scoped on the partner call |
Send them the free readiness assessment first
It is 20 questions and takes about four minutes. Your client gets an instant score and sees where to focus before spending money on production. It also gives you a useful conversation to start.
What should you know before you sign on?
The questions agencies ask most, answered before the partner call.
What is white label podcast production?
It means we do the editing and post-production and your agency delivers the finished show to your client. You sell it, you manage the relationship, and the work goes out under your brand. How much your client sees of us is something you decide.
What does fully white-labeled podcast production mean?
It means the deliverables follow your brand guidelines and you control the story your client hears. Depending on how you set up the engagement, for example with a managed show, your client may use our app or talk with one of our producers. We will not pitch your clients or compete with you for their business.
How does pricing and markup work for agency partners?
You control what your clients pay. On the partner call we walk through our costs for each service, and we talk through how agencies usually structure markup so the margin works for you. Partner pricing stays off this page. For retail ranges, try our production cost calculator.
Is there an NDA for agency partners?
Yes. If your agency requires one, we will review and sign it before work begins. We will not market to your clients, and we will not disclose the partnership without your approval.
What is the turnaround time per podcast episode?
For audio, Basic edits take 3 business days and Plus and Pro edits take 5. Show notes, social cards, and audiograms (short captioned audio clips for social) follow within 2 business days after the episode is approved. The clock starts once we have your files and instructions. You can ask for a rush when you submit, though it depends on our capacity. Our production timeline walkthrough has every step.
What services can I offer my clients through Resonate?
Podcast launch, audio production, video production, podcast management, podcast marketing assets, hosting, private hosting, and narrative series. Partners can offer any of them under their own brand. Many begin with a client show launch and add more later.
Will my clients ever find out about Resonate Recordings?
Only if you want them to. Some partners keep us entirely behind the scenes. Others let clients use our app or meet their producer. You can also start shy clients on the readiness quiz before anyone gets introduced. Either way, we support your agency and we do not solicit your clients.
Add podcast production to your agency without adding headcount
Book a thirty-minute partner call. We will talk through your clients, how the arrangement would work, and what the services cost.
