Private podcast hosting setup
Here’s what we set up for your internal communications podcast.
Each employee gets their own secure feed that plays in Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or whatever podcast app they already use. There’s no new app to roll out or explain.
Employees verify through a tool like Slack, so only current team members get in. When someone leaves, their access goes with them.
Run separate shows for leadership updates, training, or individual teams. Employees pick the ones they need as separate feeds or one combined feed.
Track downloads, new subscribers, listening apps, and where in the world your people are tuning in. Every 90 days, you get a report on what’s working and what to try next. It’s an easy way to show leadership what’s landing.
Your show never appears in Apple, Spotify, or Google search. Only your people can find it.
Built for the teams that own the message
Give leadership updates, all-hands recaps, and company news a channel people look forward to.
Reach every region with one consistent message, without scheduling around a dozen time zones.
Turn onboarding, training, and policy updates into short episodes employees can play anywhere, and give your key people their time back.
Build visibility and trust across the company by speaking to employees directly, in your own voice.

Case study: Salesforce
Salesforce runs three internal shows on Resonate private hosting: an engineering show, an executive interview series, and a culture and people show. Employees can subscribe to each show on its own private feed or get all three in one combined feed.
The Leading Edge is a year-old series where senior leaders talk strategy, AI, and where the company is headed. In one quarter, downloads grew 279% and new subscriptions grew 122%. It also reached the widest international audience of the three shows, with strong listening in the UK, Germany, Australia, and Ireland.
All three shows more than doubled new feed subscriptions in the quarter, including the two newer shows that are only about a year old. Employees didn’t need years of habit to start listening.
Every quarter, Salesforce gets a report that goes well past download counts. It covers which episode titles earn attention, where listeners are around the world, how employees choose between feeds, and the specific changes to make next quarter.
