Serving Seattle businesses

Podcast production for Seattle companies, with a real engineer on every edit

Your team had a sharp conversation. Now it needs the stumbles cut, the voices leveled, and a file that’s ready for the apps. Our podcast production services handle that for Seattle teams.

We serve Seattle companies online, so there’s nothing to drive to. Record in South Lake Union, Bellevue, Redmond, or Everett, upload the file, and we’ll take it from there.

Got a rough cut already? Bring it, and we’ll point out what we’d change.

Three Seattle audiences

Which Seattle teams do we hear from?

The region runs on a handful of big industries. Each one gets something a little different out of a show.

Cloud and software

Explain what’s hard to demo

Engineers and buyers want to know how a product team thinks. A tight interview lets a product lead walk through a design choice in the time a slide deck would take to load. Our SaaS podcast page goes further.

Retail and e‑commerce

Give a brand a voice

Shoppers know the logo. An episode with a buyer, a store lead, or the person who picks the products adds a voice they can trust. The retail podcast page covers the formats.

Aerospace and manufacturing

Let the experts talk shop

Plants and hangars are full of people who know a lot and rarely sit at a desk. Their stories travel well in audio. Your own reviewers clear every episode, and we schedule around them.

Edited by ear

What happens to your raw file?

AI editing apps are quick, and for some shows they’re fine. They follow rules, though. An engineer can tell when a pause is doing work, or when a cut makes a guest sound rushed.

Since 2014, our engineers have worked on podcasts from brands, universities, nonprofits, and solo hosts. We can’t stop the Seattle rain, but we can bring down the hum of the room you recorded in.

  • Editing: false starts, filler words, long pauses, and stray noises come out. Then we drop in the cuts you asked for, plus your intro, outro, and any sponsor spots.
  • Mixing: voices and music get balanced, so nobody’s too loud or too quiet.
  • Mastering: the file is set to the loudness podcast apps expect (-16 LUFS, the loudness unit apps use), then tagged.
The Seattle area in two numbers

How many people work in software and manufacturing here?

Two federal job counts for the Seattle metro give a sense of the audiences behind these shows.

132,100jobs in the information sector, which includes software publishing and data hosting
167,900manufacturing jobs, a group that includes aircraft and parts makers

That’s a lot of people who build and explain complicated things for a living. It’s also a lot of competition for a listener’s attention, so the editing has to hold up.

These counts cover the whole metro, from Tacoma up through Everett. Treat them as background. They’re no client list, and they won’t predict how your own show performs.

Your side, our side

Who does what once you hit record?

The whole process runs online. Our how things work page walks through it in more detail.

What your team does

You keep the parts that need your voice and your judgment.

  • Record the episode wherever it suits you
  • Drop the raw file into the Resonate app and jot down any cuts you’ve got in mind
  • Hear our edit, then comment at the exact moment or give it a thumbs up in the app

What our engineers do

We take the hours of detail work off your plate.

  • Edit, mix, and master the episode from start to finish
  • Email you as soon as it’s ready to hear
  • Return a tagged file that’s ready to post on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube
Pick a tier

How hands‑on should the edit be?

Whichever tier you pick, an engineer still handles the mix and the master. What changes is how much cutting you’d like us to do.

Tier Good fit when What’s included Turnaround
Basic Your team has already made the cuts Mixing and mastering only, for raw audio up to 120 minutes 3 business days
Plus You’d rather hand off the edit Full editing on up to 60 raw minutes, then the mix and master. A fixed number of edit and revision requests comes with it. 3 business days
Pro The show is a top priority All of Plus on up to 70 raw minutes, with a dedicated team and your own account rep Priority, often sooner
Price depends on how many episodes you publish, how long they run, and anything custom. We share it on a short discovery call.
Room to grow

Could we add video or clips later?

Sure. Plenty of Seattle shows begin as audio only, then grow once recording day feels routine. Our video podcast production team cuts YouTube-ready episodes from the same session.

Want short clips, captioned social posts, and transcripts from every episode? That’s the job of podcast marketing. If you’re still naming the show, start with podcast launch to settle the format and the trailer.

Seattle podcast FAQ

What Seattle teams ask before they start

Is there a Resonate studio or office in Seattle?

No. We serve Seattle companies online, from the first call to the final file. You record in your own space, upload, and we handle the rest from there.

When will our edited episode be ready?

The typical wait is 3 to 5 business days. On Basic or Plus it’s 3 business days, while Pro jumps the line and often lands sooner. The count starts once we’ve got every file and note.

How long can our raw recordings be?

Basic covers up to 120 minutes of raw audio, because it’s mixing and mastering only. Plus covers up to 60 minutes, and Pro goes up to 70.

Can you produce shows for aerospace or other review-heavy companies?

Yes. Whoever reviews your content, whether that’s legal, compliance, or brand, gets the last word. We’ll time each episode around their sign‑off, and we don’t make those calls for you.

Do you offer full-service production beyond editing?

Yes. Editing is only one piece. If you’d like help with planning, recording support, and a producer who’s with you every week, podcast management covers that. You can also ask on a call.

What does podcast production cost for a Seattle company?

It comes down to episode count, episode length, and any custom needs. Our cost comparison lays the options side by side. After a short call, you’ll have an actual number.

Have a Seattle episode waiting on an edit?

Bring it to a call, rough or close to done. We’ll tell you what we’d fix, which tier fits, and what it’d cost.

Half an hour, one producer, and zero slides.
