Podcast production for Nashville companies, handled by ears that care about sound
Nashville knows what good audio sounds like, so your show should hold up next to it. Our podcast production services give Nashville teams a clean, finished episode from a raw recording.
We serve Nashville companies online, so there’s no studio to book across town. Record at the office, at home, or between meetings, send us the file, and we’ll do the rest.

Which Nashville teams make a show?
Two industries lead the list here, and plenty of others aren’t far behind.
Turn expertise into something people can hear
Providers, health tech firms, and care networks hold a lot of knowledge that doesn’t fit in a brochure. A good interview lets a physician leader or product lead explain it in their own words. Our health care podcast page covers the formats.
Let the people behind the scenes talk
Songwriters get the spotlight. Publishers, managers, engineers, and label staff know how the work really gets done. A show lets them tell it, and it’s a way for a company to be heard between releases.
Brands, nonprofits, and schools
Brands, nonprofits, universities, and solo hosts have trusted our engineers with their episodes since 2014. If you know something worth explaining, you’ll fit right in.
What happens to your recording?

Three jobs, each done by a person
Nobody praises a clean edit, and that’s the goal. Bad editing gets noticed fast: a dead-air gap, a ringing room, a guest who drowns out the host.
Our engineers are trained in audio, so they hear what software doesn’t. That includes a word cut too close and a laugh that sounds wrong once the pause around it is gone.
- Editing: dead air, filler words, and false starts come out, along with anything distracting. Anything you flag gets cut. We add your intro, outro, and any sponsor messages.
- Mixing: we even out voices and music, reduce room noise, and make sure nobody’s too loud or too quiet.
- Mastering: the last step sets the volume to what podcast apps expect, which is -16 LUFS (a loudness measure). After that, tagging makes the file publish-ready.
How big is the audience behind a Nashville show?
Two job counts from the federal government hint at who might tune in.
That’s a lot of experts with something to explain, and a lot of voices competing for a listener’s ear. Clean sound helps yours stand out.
These counts cover the whole metro and whole sectors. Much of the music business sits in other categories, so they’re only background. They describe the area, and no count can tell you how one show will do.
What are the four steps?
It’s all online. Our how things work page shows the daily rhythm.
Upload your audio
Upload the raw recording to the Resonate app. If you want certain cuts, say so in a note.
Our engineer takes over
One person works the episode from the first second to the last, by ear.
Review and approve
We ping your inbox when the edit is done. Mark a spot that needs a fix, or approve right in the app.
Publish anywhere
Your tagged file is set for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other apps.
Is an AI editing tool enough?
Where software helps
AI editing tools are fast, and for some shows they’re enough. They cut by rules, and that’s fine when the recording is simple.
- Quick turnaround on a clean recording
- Handy for a first pass on a casual show
What an engineer adds
A person listens the way your audience will.
- They hear the joke that needs its pause
- They notice when an answer sounds better with the first sentence gone
- They catch the cut that makes a guest sound rushed
Curious how that sounds? Send us a recent episode, and we’ll show you.
What about shows that need sign-off?
Many health care teams have reviewers, whether that’s legal, compliance, or brand. They’ve got the last word on every episode, and we plan around them.
We don’t make compliance or legal calls for you. We make sure the audio is ready when your reviewers are.
How much editing do you want?
Every tier gets a mix and master from a person. You choose how much cutting to hand over.
| Tier | Good fit when | What’s included |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Your episode’s already edited | Sound polish only: mix and master, no content cuts. Handles raw audio up to 120 minutes, with a 3 business day turn. |
| Plus | You want a clean edit without the back and forth | Editing plus the mix and master, for up to 60 minutes of raw audio. Your edit and revision requests come in a fixed number. Also 3 business days. |
| Pro | This show matters to the business | All of Plus, stretched to 70 minutes of raw audio. A dedicated team and account representative come along, and priority turnaround is often quicker than 3 days. |
What can you add later?
Plenty of shows start as audio and add pieces once they’ve got a recording routine. Our video production team makes YouTube-ready episodes from the same recording.
The podcast marketing team turns each episode into short clips, captioned social posts, and transcripts. Still planning the show itself? Podcast launch is where you’d start.
Want a budget before you book? The cost calculator walks through 10 questions and returns a monthly range in roughly two minutes.
What Nashville teams ask first
Is there a Resonate office in Nashville?
There isn’t one. We serve Nashville companies online, start to finish. You record wherever it suits you and upload the audio.
How long does podcast production take?
Expect somewhere between 3 and 5 business days. Basic and Plus land at 3 days, and Pro jumps ahead in line. The count starts after every file and note has arrived.
What does each of the three jobs mean?
Editing removes mistakes and assembles the episode. Mixing balances the voices and music and tames noise. Mastering fixes the final loudness for podcast apps and exports the file.
Can you work with a health care company’s review process?
Yes. Your own legal, compliance, or brand reviewers decide what airs, and our schedule bends around their sign-off. Those judgment calls aren’t ours to make.
Can you handle more than the edit?
Yes. If you’d like planning, recording support, video, publishing, and a producer on your side every week, podcast management is the fit. A call can sort it out too.
How much does podcast production cost for a Nashville company?
Pricing turns on episode count, run time, and extras. The calculator above gives a ballpark, and a short call gets you the exact figure.
