Serving Boston companies

Launch your Boston organization’s podcast with a clear plan for the first 90 days

Your lab, campus, or firm has smart people who’ve got plenty to say. What’s left are practical questions. Who is the show for, what do we call it, and how do people find it?

Our podcast launch program takes them one at a time. It’s strategy first, then a trailer, opening episodes, and a plan you can read for the months ahead. We serve Boston companies online, so you can begin from your own desk.

Bring a loose idea. A producer helps shape it on the first call.

Before episode one

What should a Boston team decide before it launches?

Anyone can post an episode, but that’s the easy part. The early choices decide whether the show is still going a year later.

Boston organizations don’t all speak to the same crowd. A biotech may want investors and future hires. A university may want alumni, donors, and prospective students. A finance firm may want clients who ask good questions.

One show can’t talk to everyone at once, and that’s okay. We begin by choosing who the show speaks to first, and the name and format follow.

Then we settle on a rhythm your team can repeat. Once episode ten feels as simple as episode one, the show can survive finals week or quarter-end.

Does your field use a review process? Say so on day one. Your approvals set our calendar. Your reviewers always get the last word.

What could a Boston launch sound like?

Treat these as sketches, because they’re only meant to start a conversation. A producer will help you choose.

How it works

What happens in each of the 12 weeks?

Five stages make up the plan, and each one feeds the next. How quickly you approve things sets the pace.

When Stage What happens
Weeks 1 to 2 Strategy Together we pick the audience, then lock in the title, format, and how each episode runs.
Weeks 2 to 4 Brand assets We draft the artwork, music, intro, and trailer script. You approve them or request changes.
Weeks 4 to 7 First episodes We record and produce your opening episodes.
Weeks 7 to 10 Launch Trailer and opening episodes appear on all the major apps as launch week plays out.
Through week 12 Optimize We study early numbers, fix what’s falling flat, and deliver your 90-day roadmap in writing.
Want the day-to-day view? We’ve got that too. Our how things work page shows it.
Boston by the numbers

Why does a show fit a Boston week?

People here spend real time in transit, and audio doesn’t need a free hand.

31.9 minaverage one-way commute in the Boston metro area, against 27.2 across the country
623,400education and health services jobs, Boston metro, Sept. 2026 (preliminary)

Those figures describe the region. They can’t forecast any single show, but they do point to plenty of hands-free time.

The education and health group covers private colleges and hospitals. Public universities sit under government in BLS tables, so that count leaves them out.

Honest expectations

What should you expect from a launch?

Expect a show that’s thought through, polished, and easy to discover. A hit is out of anyone’s hands, and we’d doubt any firm that says otherwise.

There’s no Boston office to visit, because we serve companies here online. Video calls and shared folders cover it.

Launch FAQ

Questions from Boston teams

Is Resonate based in Boston?

No. We serve Boston companies online, and every step runs through video calls and shared files.

How soon can we go live?

Expect somewhere between 8 and 12 weeks. Your own review speed matters most, since we wait on your sign-off for strategy, artwork, and early episodes.

Does the launch include a trailer?

Yes. A trailer episode is part of every launch, and we handle submission to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and the other directories.

What if our content goes through reviewers?

Tell us how approvals work, and we’ll set the schedule around them, since you’re the experts. Reviewers on your side decide what’s said.

Is ongoing work required once we’re live?

Many launches turn into a 6 to 12 month partnership, since shows tend to find their groove then. A few standalone services exist as well, so it’s worth asking on the call.

Can you promise a hit show?

No. We offer a well-planned, well-made show that’s easy to find, and an honest look at what works after it’s live.
