White label podcast production for PR firms with clients worth hearing in full
A reporter gives your client one quote. A show gives that executive forty minutes in their own words, on a schedule your firm sets. That’s white label podcast production for PR firms.
We’re the studio team behind you, through the same white label podcast production program agencies use. The account stays with your firm, and so does the choice of how much your client sees of us.

Why are PR firms adding podcasts for their spokespeople?
You’ve spent years getting executives quoted. The reporter still picks the angle, trims the line, and moves on to the next story.
A podcast hands the microphone back. Your client’s leader explains a view in full, and every episode leaves your team quotes, clips, and fresh pitch angles to work with.
The hard part is the studio work. Editing, mixing, video, show notes, and publishing eat hours, and few PR shops want to hire audio staff before demand shows up. That’s the part we carry.
Who handles what when a PR firm partners with us?
Your firm stays the face of the work. We’re the crew behind it.
Your firm keeps
- The client, the retainer, and the invoice
- Message strategy, talking points, and story angles
- Spokesperson prep and media training
- Guest relationships and every invitation
- Your price and your markup
Our team covers
- Launch planning, editing, mixing, and mastering
- Video episodes, short clips, and captioned social assets
- Show notes, audiograms, transcripts, and social cards
- Hosting and release to the major podcast apps
How do we help a busy executive sound like themselves?

Your team already shapes the message and coaches the spokesperson. We pick up at the mic, so the person your firm prepped is the person listeners hear.
On a managed show, a podcast producer preps each guest, supports the recording, and guides the edit. Your executive shows up and talks.
- Your client can review and approve episodes and social assets in the Resonate app.
- Prefer to keep approvals in house? Every file can route through your team first.
- Episodes post only after they’re approved, so legal and the comms lead get their turn.
- Messaging calls stay with your firm and your client. We build the schedule around that review chain.
Will your client ever see the Resonate name?
Only as much as you want. Some partners keep us out of sight. Others call us their studio team.
The account stays yours
You own the relationship from pitch to renewal. We support the production and leave the selling to you.
App access is optional
Clients can log in to review episodes. If you’d rather they didn’t, we’ll send everything through you.
Producer contact is your call
On a managed show, our producer can work with your client directly. On production only, we talk to you.
Confidential from day one
We won’t disclose the partnership without your OK. Paperwork comes first if your firm needs it.
Which services can your firm sell under its own name?
All eight are open to partners. Plenty of partners begin with audio, then layer in video or a managed show once the first one’s running.
| Service | What your client’s executive gets | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | A show strategy, brand assets built to your client’s guidelines, and first episodes live in 8 to 12 weeks | Podcast launch |
| Audio | Degree-trained engineers polish every episode, usually within 3 to 5 business days | Audio production |
| Video | A full video cut of each recording, plus captioned clips sized for social feeds | Video production |
| Management | A producer who keeps the weekly rhythm, preps guests, and sits in on recording | Show management |
| Marketing | Show notes, audiograms, videograms, transcripts, and social cards for each release | Podcast marketing |
| Hosting | A public feed that reaches the big listening apps and YouTube, with listener stats and a web player | Podcast hosting |
| Private feeds | Access-controlled shows for staff updates during a merger or leadership change | Private hosting |
| Narrative | A scripted series built with music and sound design, for a story bigger than an interview | Narrative podcasts |
How does a PR partnership get going?
Talk it through
Thirty minutes on your firm, your accounts, and the services you’d like to add. We’ll cover our costs and how partners tend to price the work.
Scope one account
Send the brief. Dates, scope, and deliverables come back written so your firm can send them out as its own proposal.
Deliver and bill
We produce to your client’s brand guidelines and hand you the files. You invoice at your rate, and our capacity grows as your roster does.
Long review chains are normal in PR, so we plan for them. Every step, from upload to approval, is on our production walkthrough.
What do communications firms ask before they sign on?
Do you sign an NDA with PR firms?
Yes. Send your firm’s agreement and we’ll review and sign it before any files change hands. The partnership stays private unless you say otherwise.
Will you ever pitch our clients directly?
No. Your accounts are yours, and we won’t solicit them for direct work. We only talk with a client in a setup you’ve approved, like a producer on a managed show.
Do you book guests for our clients’ shows?
No. Invitations stay with your team, since those relationships are yours, and nobody can promise who’ll accept. On managed shows, our producer preps each guest once they’ve agreed.
How fast is turnaround when legal reviews every episode?
Basic audio edits take 3 business days, and Plus or Pro take 5. Show notes and social pieces follow 2 business days after your side approves. Review time itself depends on your client’s chain, so we plan it into the calendar.
Who decides what our client pays?
You do. You set the price and the markup and bill your client directly. For retail ranges, try the podcast cost calculator, or see how options stack up in our cost comparison.
What if an executive isn’t ready for a show yet?
We’ll tell you before anyone spends money. You can also send the client our podcast readiness assessment. It takes about four minutes, and the score gives your account lead an easy opening.
Let’s plan a show for one of your PR clients
Bring an account in mind, or only the idea. We’ll talk through scope, timing, and how your firm can present it as its own.
