Serving Dallas companies

Private podcast hosting for Dallas companies that need a short, known listener list

Banks, carriers, and contractors in North Texas share one habit. They’re careful about who hears what. Our private podcast hosting puts a staff show in the app people already use, on a feed only invited listeners can open.

We serve Dallas companies online, and the whole setup runs from your laptop. Privacy level is your call, and so is the listener list.

Bring finished episodes, or let our producers record them.

Why a closed feed

Why do Dallas teams keep their shows off public apps?

Big firms in Dallas explain a lot to their own people. A rate change, a network upgrade, a new contract. Staff want the reasons before a customer asks, and they don’t always have time to read a long memo.

Audio fits the gaps in that day. It plays on a drive between offices, at a gate, or while someone’s waiting for a call to start.

Here’s the catch. A regular show on public podcast hosting is made for strangers to discover. A staff show needs the opposite, a list you can name and change whenever you’d like.

Four privacy levels

How closed should your show be?

Stricter settings usually add a step for the listener, so it’s a trade-off. Pick the level that matches the topic of each episode.

Option How people listen Best fit
Unique RSS feed Each person gets an email with a feed of their own, and it works in their usual podcast app. Remove one person, and only that person’s feed stops. Executive notes that shouldn’t travel
Private RSS feed Everyone shares one link. Public apps like Apple Podcasts and Spotify never list it, and a large group can join fast. It’s the simplest to roll out. Low-risk news where reach matters most
Private embed player No feed exists. Episodes play in a player embedded on your intranet or training portal. Courses already behind your sign-in
Secure microsite No feed here either. Listeners log in to a locked show page to play episodes. Programs with no portal of their own

How big are the teams behind these industries?

Two public job counts show the scale of the region. They describe the workforce, and they don’t say who’s listening to podcasts.

391,200financial activities jobs, Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metro, Sept. 2026 (preliminary)
82,700information jobs, same metro and month (preliminary), a group that includes telecom

Financial activities spans banks, insurers, and real estate firms. Many of those people need to hear one message together, and email doesn’t always get there.

Three industries

What might a private show do in your line of work?

Think of these as conversation starters from our team. None of them describes past work for a client.

Banks, wealth firms, insurers

Financial services

Share policy changes and market views with advisors and branch teams. Your own review process stays in front of every upload, so nothing’s posted before it’s approved. Our financial services internal podcast page covers the production side.

Carriers and network teams

Telecom

Field crews, store teams, and support agents rarely sit in the same room. A short weekly episode gives all three the same update, wherever they’re working.

Aerospace and contractors

Defense

Keep company news, safety culture, and onboarding stories inside the company, on a feed outsiders can’t find.

What IT will ask

What should your security team know?

Two men co-hosting a podcast at microphones

Security reviewers keep returning to a handful of questions. Here’s what they’ll want to hear.

  • Listeners join from an emailed invite or through Slack.
  • A departing employee loses access when their account closes, including past episodes.
  • Developers can manage the subscriber list through our API, so it can follow your HR records.
  • Run as many private shows as you need from one account, with unlimited episodes in each.
  • Reports cover downloads, subscribers, apps used, and where people are, so you’ll know it landed.
  • We can remove our branding from the embed player and match a microsite theme to yours.
  • When you need help, a person answers by chat, phone, or shared Slack channel.
Setup

What are the four steps to your first private show?

01

Set it up

Start a show in the dashboard and pick its privacy setting.

02

Invite listeners

Invite by email, or connect your Slack workspace. Edit the list whenever your roster shifts.

03

Upload episodes

Publish one time, and every invited listener receives it wherever they listen.

04

Check the numbers

Review what was played and build the next episode from that.

Two ways to work

Who makes the episodes, you or us?

You record, we host

Your team makes and edits the audio. We’ll keep it private. It’s a good match when someone on your team is already comfortable with a mic.

We produce and host

Our producers outline the series, record your speakers, and edit, and hosting rides along. That’s our internal communications podcast service.

Honest limits

What does private hosting leave to you?

Nobody can make audio fully private, since a listener could record it. That’s true everywhere. Treat each episode like an internal memo and keep sensitive details out.

Our hosting controls entry, and it doesn’t read your scripts. Your compliance, legal, and security teams make those calls, and we’ll build around their schedule.

That includes anything controlled or export restricted. It doesn’t belong in a podcast feed. If you’re not sure what fits, bring the question to the call. We’ll tell you when it’s outside our work.

Dallas FAQ

What Dallas teams ask about private hosting

Do you work from a Dallas office?

No, we don’t. We serve Dallas companies online. Setup and support happen online, by chat, phone, or a shared Slack channel.

Can each team or division have its own show?

Yes. A single account can run many private shows with separate audiences. Executives can subscribe to every one.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

You remove them from the list and their access ends. Slack-based access closes when their Slack account does.

Do listeners need a new app?

With the feed options, people use the app they have, such as Apple Podcasts. The player and microsite run in a web browser.

Is a private podcast really secure?

It blocks casual listeners. Sensitive shows should use a unique feed or sign-in, because a listener could still record what plays.

What affects the price of private hosting?

Price tracks audience size, and big enterprises get a custom plan. Book a call and bring a headcount.

Who should be on your Dallas listener list?

Tell us which Dallas teams you want to reach and what they need to hear first. We’ll suggest an access level and show you how setup goes. Not sure a show’s right for you yet? The podcast readiness quiz takes a few minutes.

Half an hour. No slides.
