An insurance internal communications podcast for adjusters, agents, and call centers
Your adjusters are out at loss sites, your agents work on their own, and your call center runs on a queue. Our internal communications podcast service gives all of them one private show from leadership.
Episodes land in whatever podcast app is already on their phone. Only the employees you invite can find it, and your reviewers hear every draft first.

Why is an insurer so hard to reach with one message?
Picture a single Tuesday at a carrier. An underwriter is buried in a file at a desk. An adjuster is driving to a roof inspection, and a service rep is taking call after call.
They’re on the same payroll, yet they hear the news in very different ways. The desk crowd reads the email. The field crowd gets a text from a manager. The phone crowd hears a version of it at the next huddle.
A short episode evens that out. Everyone hears the same words, in the same voice, whenever they’ve got a few quiet minutes.
Which insurance teams get the most out of a staff show?
These pairings come from our producers. They’re ideas to react to, and none of them describes a past client.
| Team | What they’d want to hear | A show that could fit |
|---|---|---|
| Claims adjusters | Process changes, explained by the claims leader who made them. | A field report where adjusters swap lessons from recent jobs |
| Call center staff | The reasons behind a new script, product, or policy before callers ask. | Quick episodes they can play before a shift starts |
| Underwriters | How leadership is thinking about risk and where the book is heading. | An underwriting view that sales and service can hear too |
| Agents and brokers | Product news meant for the outside network only. | A separate show with a listener list of its own |
| New hires | The same warm welcome, ready whenever a new question pops up. | A short onboarding series |
How does compliance stay in charge of every episode?
Insurance is regulated, and your people already know the rules. Our job is to make those rules easy to follow during production.
Before anyone hits record
- You tell us which topics are off limits, and we brief each speaker to match.
- Claim details and customer information stay out of the audio.
- Review time goes on the calendar at the start, so nobody’s rushed.
After the recording
- Your reviewers listen to the draft in the app and pin each note to a timestamp.
- Our editors trim at each mark.
- The episode stays unpublished until your approver signs off.
We don’t give legal advice, and we won’t make regulatory calls. Questions about retention or recording rules belong with your compliance team, and we’ll set things up around their answer.
How does a claims rep get the show on their phone?

Each person gets a feed link of their own. It goes into the podcast app on their phone, and each new episode appears beside the shows they already like.
A fair warning: anyone who hears an episode could record it, so no audio is ever fully private. Treat each one like a memo you’d be fine seeing forwarded. Our private podcast hosting page lays out the stricter access options.
- Access is checked through a tool you already run, such as Slack.
- When someone leaves, their link stops working. Nobody else is touched.
- Apple, Spotify, and Google search can’t surface the show.
- Claims, underwriting, and leadership can each have a show, or staff can take one combined feed.
- Every 90 days, a report covers downloads, new subscribers, the apps in use, and listener locations.
What could an insurer’s staff show sound like?
The claims desk
A claims leader walks through one process change and why it helps customers. It’s five minutes, and it saves a lot of back and forth.
The question box
Employees send in questions, and an executive answers a couple on air, including the awkward ones.
The thank-you series
After a heavy claims season, adjusters and call center leads share what the stretch was like. People who never meet get to hear each other.
Who handles the production for a small comms team?
You own the message. We’ll take the parts that quietly eat a week.
Plan and record
- We learn how your claims, underwriting, and service teams work, then set a pace your leaders can keep.
- With podcast management, a producer gets on your executives’ calendars and preps every speaker with questions.
- We don’t book or promise guests. Our producers draft the invite wording and get each guest ready. You’re the one who sends it.
Edit and deliver
- Our podcast production services team edits by ear, so your leaders sound like themselves.
- A finished edit typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- Hosting, access, and reports are all in one spot, so there’s one login to check.
What won’t an internal podcast fix?
It won’t close a claim faster or repair a clunky system. What it can do is explain why a decision was made, in a voice people recognize.
Rhythm’s worth more than polish here. A short show every other week will do more good than a glossy series that goes quiet after three episodes.
If you’re not sure where to begin, choose the one group you struggle to reach most, maybe field adjusters. Record a pilot, play it for a few managers, and see what they say.
What insurance communicators ask us
Can independent agents listen too?
Yes, if you’d like them to. You could give agents a show of their own with a separate listener list. That way staff news and agent briefings don’t get mixed up.
Can compliance hear each episode before it goes out?
Yes. Add them to the approval path. They’ll play every draft in the app and mark anything that needs a change, and nothing’s released without sign-off.
Can we keep claim and customer details out?
We’d recommend it. Set the rule with your legal or privacy team. We’ll write it into the speaker briefing and check for it at review.
Is this the same as a podcast for policyholders?
No. This show is for your own employees. For a public show aimed at customers and agents, see our insurance podcast production page.
Can we run separate shows for claims and underwriting?
Yes. Each team can have a show of its own, and people who want everything can follow a combined feed.
What does an internal show cost?
It depends on how many employees you’re reaching, and episode production is priced on top. The podcast cost calculator puts a rough range on it, and we’ll firm it up on a call.
Let’s plan a show your adjusters will actually hear
Bring your teams, your review steps, and the update that keeps falling through the cracks. You’ll leave with a rough plan for season one. Want a quick read on where you stand first? Try the podcast readiness assessment.
