Serving New York companies

Private podcast hosting for New York companies, with a guest list you control

Our private podcast hosting gives New York teams a show that only invited people can hear. It plays in the podcast app they’ve already got open.

We serve New York companies online, so you can set it up from wherever your team sits. You pick the privacy level, and you’re the one who decides who gets in.

The channel problem

Why do big announcements get lost in a New York inbox?

You wrote the memo. You sent the deck. You booked the all-hands, and half the team watched it on mute.

The message was fine. The channel was the problem. Email gets skimmed, recorded meetings wait for a later that doesn’t come, and training videos need a screen.

Audio doesn’t. People’ll listen on a walk, a ride, or a quiet break. The catch is that a normal show on public podcast hosting is built to be found by anyone. A staff show needs to reach the right people and stay out of public apps.

Access levels

How private does your show need to be?

More privacy usually means more steps for the listener. Pick the trade-off that fits what you’re sharing.

High privacy, easy to listen

Unique RSS feed

Each listener gets their own feed by email and uses their usual podcast app. Remove one person, and only their feed stops working. It suits company updates and anything you’d hate to see forwarded.

Lower privacy, easy to listen

Private RSS feed

One shared feed for everyone, kept out of public directories like Apple, Spotify, and Amazon. It’s simple to roll out to a large group, so it suits low-risk content where reach matters most.

High privacy, listen on your site

Private embed player

There’s no RSS feed at all. Episodes play only inside a player on your intranet, learning system, or member portal. It suits training that already lives behind your login.

High privacy, listen on a private site

Secure microsite

There’s no RSS feed here either. Listeners sign in to a password-protected podcast site. It suits courses and member content with no portal of their own.

New York by the numbers

Why does audio suit a New York workday?

Plenty of New Yorkers spend real time getting to work, and that’s time a memo can’t reach.

58%of Americans 12 and older listened to or watched a podcast in the last month

A private feed puts an episode in the app people already use on that ride. Nobody’s asked to open a new tool or remember a password. It’s one tap in the app they’ve used for years.

Controls IT asks about

How does access follow your org chart?

Who gets in

  • Invite listeners by email, or let them sign in through Slack.
  • Add or remove anyone, anytime.
  • When someone leaves, their access ends with their account, even after episodes are published.

What sits behind it

  • A subscribers API lets developers manage listeners, so access can follow your HR or member records.
  • Several shows live in one account, each with its own listeners.
  • A dashboard shows downloads, subscribers, listening apps, and locations.
  • Support comes from real people: live chat, phone, and a private Slack channel with our team.

Nobody’s waiting on us to change a listener list. It’s your dashboard, and you’ve got the keys.

How it works

How do you set up a private show in four steps?

01

Set up your show

Create a show in your dashboard and pick how private it should be.

02

Invite your listeners

Add people by email or connect Slack. Add or remove anyone, anytime.

03

Upload episodes

Publish once. Everyone with access gets it in their podcast app, your player, or your microsite.

04

Check your analytics

See what’s landing, then plan the next episode around it.

Two ways to work with us

Run it yourself, or have us make the episodes?

Hosting only

You make the episodes, and we keep them private. It’s the right fit if someone on your team already records and edits.

Hosting plus production

Our producers plan, record, and edit the show, and hosting comes with it. Our internal communications podcast service covers the full setup.

Honest limits

What doesn’t private hosting do?

No audio is fully private. Anyone who can hear an episode can record it, so treat episodes like any internal document.

Think of it as a guest list, not a vault. Hosting controls who can listen. It doesn’t review what’s said or decide what’s appropriate. Your own legal and compliance teams set those rules.

If your IT team has questions, they’re welcome on the call. We’ll answer what we can and tell you straight when we can’t.

New York FAQ

Questions from New York teams

Do you have an office in New York?

No. We serve New York companies online. It’s all online. Setup, hosting, and support work from your laptop, and there’s no office to visit.

Can we remove someone’s access later?

Yes. You can remove listeners one at a time, or connect access to Slack so it ends when someone leaves. Developers can also manage listeners through the subscribers API.

Can staff use the podcast app they already have?

Yes, with the RSS options. Each listener adds their private feed to an app like Apple Podcasts and listens like they would to any other show. Embed players and microsites play in a browser instead.

Can we run separate shows for different teams?

Yes. Lots of teams split leadership updates, training, and team news into separate shows, each with its own listener list.

How secure is a private podcast?

It’s secure against casual access, but no audio is fully private. For sensitive material, use a unique feed or a login-based option, and treat episodes like any internal document.

How much does private hosting cost?

It’s priced by how many people you need to reach, and larger companies get a custom plan. Book a call and we’ll quote it for your audience.

Tell us who needs to hear it

Tell us who you need to reach and what you need to say. We’ll recommend a privacy level and show you how setup works. Curious where you stand first? Try the podcast readiness quiz.
