Insurance podcast marketing that reaches the claims desk, the agency, and the call center
Your episodes hold answers that adjusters, agents, and service reps would use today. Our podcast marketing turns each one into short clips, search-friendly titles, and a transcript.
It’s organic promotion made from episodes you’ve already recorded. Your reviewers see every piece first, and nothing posts without their yes.

Why does a useful insurance show go unheard?
Picture a claims manager who explains a tricky step in ten clear minutes. The episode goes live, one email goes out, and the file sits in an archive.
The field adjuster who needed that answer last week never sees it. Neither does the new agent two states away or the rep taking calls.
That gap is about distribution, and it’s common. The content is fine. It’s just not being pointed at the people who could use it.
Which voices make the best clips?
Use these as starting points on the first call. We’ll sort out what fits. They aren’t drawn from any client.
| Voice | A clip worth cutting | Where it could travel |
|---|---|---|
| Claims leaders | One step of the process, explained in under a minute | LinkedIn, and a link in the internal newsletter |
| Agency owners | How they talk a client through a coverage choice | Short video for Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn |
| Service managers | The question callers ask every week, answered once | A YouTube post with a clear title |
| Underwriters | How they think about an unusual risk | A transcript on your site, with the full episode |
What comes out of a single recording?
Take the full set, or only what your team has no time for.
Titles people search for
Apple and Spotify have search bars too. A good title helps people find you before they’ve heard your name.
- Titles and descriptions written for podcast search
- YouTube posts with a custom thumbnail
- A full transcript for your website
Clips and graphics
Agents and staff can post something worth sharing, and they won’t have to make it themselves.
- Captioned clips up to 90 seconds
- Only have audio? Our designers can animate it into clips
- On-brand graphics from a template built once with you
A plan with decisions
Numbers arrive with a suggestion for what to do about them.
- A written plan for the first ninety days
- Analytics reviewed with you each quarter
- Recommendations for the next move
How many people in finance and insurance work from home?
Plenty do, at least part of the time. That’s what shapes how an episode reaches them.
The BLS group called financial activities covers insurance carriers and agencies, and it also includes banks and real estate. These are national averages, so they won’t describe your own staff exactly.
When people sit in different places, a hallway chat won’t pass an episode along. A short clip they can find on a phone has a better chance, and it doesn’t ask for an hour.
Who reviews a clip before it goes live?

Your reviewers understand insurance rules better than we ever will, and that’s as it should be. We build the marketing calendar around their review, so nobody feels rushed.
Early on, we’ll ask who reads posts and how many days they need. Then we’ll set the calendar to match.
- Compliance and legal staff on your side decide what can be said.
- Legal and regulatory advice isn’t part of our job.
- Every clip, graphic, and title waits for your sign-off. We won’t post early.
- Customer and claim details stay out of the audio, and that choice is yours to make, not ours.
Why is our promotion organic?
Paid promotion works while the budget lasts. After that, new listeners stop arriving, and there’s nothing left that you keep.
What we focus on
- Appearing when people search in podcast apps, YouTube, or Google.
- Answering the questions your customers and agents already type.
- Optimized episodes that stay in your archive and keep working.
What we won’t promise
- A download count. Nobody can honestly offer one, and we won’t pretend.
- A date when results will show up.
- Anything about leads or sales. We’ll show real progress and say honestly what it means.
What do you get back once an episode is in our hands?
| # | Step | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Send your files | Upload audio or video, and flag the moments you’d like pulled |
| 02 | We make the content | A single recording becomes your transcript, clips, and graphics |
| 03 | Reviewers approve | You’ll get an email. Ask for changes, or sign off and move on |
| 04 | Publish steadily | Post on a steady schedule so listeners know when to look |
Did retitling old episodes really draw new listeners?
It did for one dental-practice podcast, and nobody recorded a new episode. Loyal listeners were there, but few newcomers could find the show.
After a rewrite of old titles and descriptions, more than 1 in 3 listeners were new, up from about 1 in 5. The show also moved from 16th place to first for one search phrase, with no new episodes added. Results vary by show and topic, so don’t expect the same. The case study walks through the numbers.
How much of this should we take on?
You get the same team in every option. What you’re choosing is how much work you hand us.

It’s built for several shows, tricky workflows, or internal podcasts. A call settles the scope.

What insurance teams ask us
What does insurance podcast marketing include?
Clips, graphics, and a transcript from each episode. Bigger packages can include podcast SEO, YouTube posting, and a growth plan.
Can our compliance reviewers see every post first?
Yes. Each batch returns to you for approval, and nothing gets used before you say so. Your compliance and legal teams own every regulatory call.
What is podcast SEO?
It’s making your show easy to find where people search for podcasts: Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and Google. We learn what listeners type, then write each title and description to match.
Is the promotion paid or organic?
Organic. Our focus is search, YouTube, and posts that keep helping after they’re live. If paid ever makes sense for you, we’ll say so on a call.
How soon will we see results?
Search often moves first, sometimes within a quarter. Clip and video growth comes later. Linking a show to new business is slowest, because a full sales cycle has to run.
Can you also edit the show?
Yes. Our podcast production services cover the editing, and our cost calculator offers a quick estimate.
